We'd already caught a brief glimpse of Kevin the previous day when
he and Karl Urban crashed the stage during Danielle Cormack's visit,
but that was of course only a brief taste. Kevin is quite unlike
Ares, being a very down home charming sort of guy, who also
happens to be very buff (and that from a lesbian, natch). As one
fan put it, he was "working the shirt", some American vernacular
which caught Kevin off guard and a bit embarassingly puzzled.
Everyone who made it through the question line got a "cheers, mate"
for their contribution, and Kevin even got a portrait of Ares
from a young fan.
One of my favorite stories from Kevin was about his 3 young boys.
They know what he does for work on the shows, and when his oldest,
being around 4, is scared, he calls for Ares to come help! *smile*
Kevin's photos scanned decently, mostly because I had remembered
to set the file settings properly as I was saving the files.
